能源裝備數字化(hua)智能化(hua)發展現狀

隨著“制造強國”“網絡強國”“數(shu)字(zi)中(zhong)國”建設的深入推(tui)進,能源裝(zhuang)備(bei)企業以數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)智能化(hua)(hua)轉型為抓手,全力推(tui)進能源裝(zhuang)備(bei)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)發展,涌現一批新(xin)技術、新(xin)成(cheng)效。

葛(ge)洲壩水(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐(niu)工程(cheng)是我(wo)(wo)國水(shui)電(dian)建設史(shi)上的(de)里程(cheng)碑(bei),水(shui)電(dian)站大機(ji)組的(de)研發制(zhi)造(zao)開(kai)(kai)啟了(le)我(wo)(wo)國電(dian)力裝備(bei)從“跟跑(pao)”到“并跑(pao)”的(de)新(xin)篇(pian)章(zhang),也開(kai)(kai)啟了(le)中國東方(fang)電(dian)氣集(ji)團有(you)限(xian)公司(si)大國重器(qi)制(zhi)造(zao)的(de)新(xin)篇(pian)章(zhang)。葛(ge)洲壩水(shui)電(dian)機(ji)組安全(quan)運(yun)行距(ju)今已有(you)40余(yu)年,臨近(jin)運(yun)行期限(xian)。2022年,東方(fang)電(dian)氣集(ji)團對葛(ge)洲壩水(shui)電(dian)站首臺17萬千瓦水(shui)輪(lun)發電(dian)機(ji)組順(shun)利(li)完(wan)成改造(zao),新(xin)增200多個傳感器(qi)測(ce)點,在行業內首次采用(yong)基(ji)于PXI總線,實現多物理量、大批(pi)量、高頻(pin)率、實時(shi)(shi)同步的(de)數據(ju)采集(ji),構建了(le)全(quan)時(shi)(shi)空、全(quan)目標、全(quan)關系、全(quan)場景、全(quan)態(tai)勢的(de)感知系統,實現對機(ji)組部分(fen)運(yun)行狀態(tai)實時(shi)(shi)評估(gu)和故(gu)障診斷,形成水(shui)電(dian)機(ji)組智能診斷整體解(jie)決方(fang)案。

“雙碳”背景下,風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)作為我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)增量主(zhu)體,與光伏共(gong)同(tong)成為發(fa)(fa)展最快的新能源(yuan)。東方電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣集團(tuan)自主(zhu)研發(fa)(fa)性能優異(yi)的iPACOM智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)(hui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong),首創不(bu)依托互聯網的風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工業大數據(ju)平(ping)臺,將先進傳感(gan)、物聯網、邊緣計算(suan)、工業大數據(ju)、人(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能、網絡(luo)安全(quan)(quan)、能源(yuan)安全(quan)(quan)等技術與風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)生產系統(tong)融(rong)合,形成了智(zhi)(zhi)能風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機、智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)(hui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)場(chang)、區域(yu)中心的一(yi)體化(hua)解決方案(an),實現風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量提升5%以上(shang),故障(zhang)停機時間降低20%以上(shang),耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)量降低10%以上(shang),已在54個風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)應用,實現少人(ren)、無(wu)人(ren)值守。

煤電(dian)裝備(bei)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)支撐智(zhi)慧電(dian)廠建設(she)以及“三(san)改聯(lian)動(dong)”改造加速推進;光伏場(chang)(chang)站以智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)運維(wei)(wei)平(ping)臺、可視化(hua)(hua)(hua)軟件以及無人機巡檢等推進無人場(chang)(chang)站模式發展;氣電(dian)、核(he)電(dian)裝備(bei)的智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)檢測及智(zhi)慧化(hua)(hua)(hua)運維(wei)(wei)也都(dou)取得一定成效(xiao)。能(neng)(neng)源裝備(bei)數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)形(xing)成基于(yu)數(shu)據的系統(tong)(tong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)尋(xun)優(you)與提質(zhi)增效(xiao)、故障(zhang)預測、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)維(wei)(wei)保等,從裝備(bei)監測系統(tong)(tong)、控制系統(tong)(tong)、智(zhi)慧化(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺和智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)維(wei)(wei)保應用等方(fang)面(mian),初步(bu)構建形(xing)成數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創新(xin)發展的體系。

能源裝備數字化智(zhi)能化發展存(cun)在問題

在能(neng)(neng)(neng)源裝備智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化技(ji)術不斷(duan)進步的同時,也面臨著諸(zhu)多突出問(wen)題。能(neng)(neng)(neng)源裝備具(ju)有(you)重型化、定(ding)(ding)制化、高穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性等特(te)點,數據模型往(wang)往(wang)由(you)于缺(que)少(shao)典型故障數據樣本而效果不佳或(huo)準確度不高,而不同部門之(zhi)間的數據權(quan)屬與數據孤島問(wen)題又進一(yi)步限(xian)制著這一(yi)問(wen)題的解決。另外,能(neng)(neng)(neng)源裝備智能(neng)(neng)(neng)傳感(gan)(gan)與量測(ce)技(ji)術還有(you)待提(ti)升(sheng),面向海(hai)量終端的多傳感(gan)(gan)協同感(gan)(gan)知、數據實時采集和精準計量監測(ce)水(shui)平(ping)有(you)待提(ti)高,智能(neng)(neng)(neng)感(gan)(gan)知技(ji)術亟(ji)待發展。

能源裝備數字化智能化發展趨(qu)勢及對策

近日,國家能(neng)(neng)源局公(gong)開發(fa)布《關于加(jia)快(kuai)推進能(neng)(neng)源數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)若干意見》(以下(xia)簡稱(cheng)《意見》),將(jiang)加(jia)快(kuai)推動(dong)能(neng)(neng)源裝(zhuang)備的(de)數(shu)(shu)智(zhi)(zhi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展,從感知(zhi)、數(shu)(shu)據、平臺、應(ying)用(yong)等方(fang)面(mian),進一步加(jia)快(kuai)建立和完善數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)體系,推動(dong)數(shu)(shu)據要素潛能(neng)(neng)充分激(ji)活,共性關鍵技術取得(de)突破,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)感知(zhi)體系加(jia)快(kuai)形成,全面(mian)標準化(hua)(hua)(hua)加(jia)速轉變,新(xin)模式新(xin)業態持續涌(yong)現(xian),數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)能(neng)(neng)源行業提質增效(xiao)與(yu)碳排(pai)放強度和總量“雙控”的(de)支撐(cheng)作用(yong)將(jiang)全面(mian)顯現(xian)。

加(jia)快(kuai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)分(fen)類分(fen)級(ji),加(jia)速共(gong)享(xiang)應(ying)用。數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字化智能(neng)(neng)化發(fa)展的(de)(de)基(ji)礎是數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju),而(er)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)作(zuo)為生(sheng)產要(yao)素對企業(ye)發(fa)展具有(you)重要(yao)作(zuo)用。為有(you)效解決能(neng)(neng)源裝備數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)智化發(fa)展的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)問(wen)題(ti),亟須建立能(neng)(neng)源行業(ye)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)分(fen)類分(fen)級(ji)保護(hu)制度。《意見》提(ti)出:對于(yu)安全(quan)敏(min)感(gan)性高的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju),提(ti)高數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)匯聚融合的(de)(de)風險識別與防護(hu)水平,強化數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)脫敏(min)、加(jia)密保護(hu)和(he)安全(quan)合規評估;對于(yu)安全(quan)敏(min)感(gan)性低的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju),健(jian)全(quan)確權、流通、交易(yi)和(he)分(fen)配機(ji)制,有(you)序(xu)推(tui)動(dong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)在產業(ye)鏈上下游的(de)(de)共(gong)享(xiang),推(tui)進數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)共(gong)享(xiang)全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)在線(xian)流轉和(he)在線(xian)跟蹤,支持數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)便捷(jie)共(gong)享(xiang)應(ying)用。

加快共性(xing)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)突破(po),推(tui)進終(zhong)端(duan)(duan)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。裝備智能(neng)(neng)(neng)感(gan)知是能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)行業數字(zi)化(hua)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎和(he)前提,要加快能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝備智能(neng)(neng)(neng)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)與量測(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)發(fa),提升(sheng)面向(xiang)(xiang)海量終(zhong)端(duan)(duan)的(de)多傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)協(xie)同感(gan)知、數據實(shi)時采集和(he)精準計量監測(ce)水平(ping)。《意見》提出:推(tui)動先進定位(wei)與授時技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)在能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝備感(gan)知終(zhong)端(duan)(duan)的(de)集成應(ying)用(yong)(yong),加快相關終(zhong)端(duan)(duan)產(chan)品研(yan)發(fa)。推(tui)動面向(xiang)(xiang)復雜環(huan)境和(he)多應(ying)用(yong)(yong)場景的(de)特種智能(neng)(neng)(neng)機器人(ren)(ren)、無(wu)人(ren)(ren)機等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)裝備研(yan)發(fa),提升(sheng)人(ren)(ren)機交互能(neng)(neng)(neng)力和(he)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)裝備的(de)成套(tao)化(hua)水平(ping),服務遠程設備操控、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)巡檢、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)運維、故障診(zhen)斷(duan)、應(ying)急(ji)救援(yuan)等(deng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)基礎設施數字(zi)化(hua)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)典型業務場景。推(tui)動基于人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝備狀態識別、可靠性(xing)評(ping)估及故障診(zhen)斷(duan)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)發(fa)展。

另外(wai),需(xu)進一步(bu)加快能(neng)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)與(yu)新型數字技術(shu)的(de)融合應用(yong),推動面向(xiang)能(neng)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)和(he)系統的(de)數字孿生模型及智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)控制(zhi)算(suan)法開發,提高(gao)能(neng)源(yuan)系統仿真分(fen)析的(de)規模和(he)精度。加快面向(xiang)信息(xi)物理融合能(neng)源(yuan)系統應用(yong)的(de)低成本、高(gao)性能(neng)信息(xi)通(tong)信技術(shu)研究,實現新型通(tong)信技術(shu)、感(gan)知技術(shu)與(yu)能(neng)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)終端的(de)融合,提升(sheng)現場(chang)感(gan)知、計算(suan)和(he)數據傳(chuan)輸交互能(neng)力。推動能(neng)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)預測和(he)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)運維能(neng)力提升(sheng)。
